But if you\u2019re like me, and suck at reading and retaining information, you\u2019ll more than likely benefit from what I\u2019m about to share.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s called <a title=\"Spreeder\" href=\"http:\/\/spreeder.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Spreeder<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Their whole mission is to help people eliminate the \u201cneed\u201d for subvocalization\u2013 the little voice in your head when you read.<\/p>\n<p>Simply input your text, click \u201cSPREED!\u201d, adjust your settings, and click the play button.<\/p>\n<p>They say the average reader can read\/retain about 200 words per minute. For me, that\u2019s likely around 150. But with Spreeder, I can\u00a0<em>easily\u00a0<\/em>retain 450 words per minute much better than I could have prior to my discovery.<\/p>\n<p>They have a free and paid version. As frugal ol\u2019 Joe, I\u2019m just working with the free version for the time being.
